3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. Users under 18 may only use the Platform with parental consent and supervision.

3.2 Account Information

When creating an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain and update your account information

• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential

• Not share your account with others

• Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity

3.3 Member Types

The Platform supports different member types (Fan, Comedian, Venue, Event Organizer), each with specific features and responsibilities as outlined in our platform documentation.

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

7. LAF POINTS PROGRAM

7.1 Program Description

LAF Points are virtual rewards earned through platform engagement. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between users.

7.2 Earning and Redemption

Points are earned through activities specified in the program rules and may be redeemed for rewards as available. We reserve the right to modify the program at any time.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Platform and its content, features, and functionality are owned by League of Comedy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.3 Maximum Liability
